We are the SMALL JOB specialists. We can complete a single task or our clients’ entire list of 'nagging' odd jobs. We are able to provide a full range of everyday maintenance or seasonal services for our clients. We do work inside & outside individual client residential space and place of business. We do jobs that take anywhere from 2 minutes (changing that light bulb that’s 15ft up in your stairwell) to a list of small odd jobs that can take a few days.
Here are some examples of the tasks we commonly undertake (we repair, maintain, service, install, assemble, fix, change, clean):
- entry door, interior door, patio door and window: locks, hardware, door sweeps, peepholes, door bells, weather stripping and door closers.
- closet, cabinet cupboard door and bifold door: install, fix and adjust hardware and knobs.
- smoke/noxious gas detectors*
- basic electrical tasks like changing light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, dimmers and outlets.*
- basic plumbing tasks like changing/repairing faucets, some leaks and toilet repairs.*
- drywall repairs (to ready to paint)
- painting (prep, prime, paint)
- grouting, caulking/resealing,
- small tiling jobs/repairs (wall/floor).
- install laminate countertops (bath/kitchen)
- put up curtain rods, curtains, blinds, mirrors, pictures, etc
- we do the work/cleaning required for new resident move in.
- we also can work on patios, balconies, fences, gates, walkways, handrails (stairs, hallways) etc.
